Key Responsibilities of the Deputy General Manager:
* Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
* Leading by example on the floor to ensure smooth, high-quality service
* Inspiring and mentoring the front of house team to deliver memorable guest experiences
* Driving revenue and controlling costs through smart business decisions
* Curating exciting food & drink campaigns, and contributing to marketing and social media activity
* Working collaboratively to maintain our excellent reputation and warm, community vibe
Skills & Experience:
* A hospitality pro with experience managing busy, high-quality venues
* A natural leader who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
* A food and drink enthusiast who can speak passionately about menus, wines, ales, and cocktails
* A commercially minded operator who understands margins, payroll, and forecasting
* A team player with exceptional people skills and a passion for mentoring and developing others
* Someone creative, energetic, and eager to elevate both the team and the guest experience
