A well-established housing association in Dundee is seeking an experienced Housing Assistant for an initial 3-month assignment. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a busy team supporting tenants and delivering essential housing services.
Your new role
* Act as the first point of contact for tenant and resident enquiries.
* Support housing officers with tenancy management and estate inspections.
* Assist with processing repairs, maintenance requests, and follow-up actions.
* Maintain accurate records and update housing systems.
* Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
* Contribute to community engagement and resident satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous housing assistant or management experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management (advantageous).
* Commitment to equality, inclusion, and excellent service delivery.
