The role:
An exciting opportunity to join the Children and Family Services Business Support team, providing high-quality clerical and data support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing, procurement and financial admin tasks
Process and input data using Excel and bespoke databases
Liaise professionally with internal teams and external partners
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
Support data quality improvements and safeguarding checks
What the client is looking for:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator across all levels
Ability to process high volumes of data efficiently
Experience in public sector admin or similar environment desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
