Position
Senior Warehouse First Line Manager – The Entertainer site, Banbury. Full‑time, permanent. Shift pattern: any 5 from 7. Two options: early 06:30‑15:00 or late 14:30‑23:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £33,000 per annum. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), and you can buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day
* Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse in your area, leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve targets.
* Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams on a daily basis.
* Proactively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change.
* Maintain health & safety, ensuring operational processes are fully compliant with policies, identifying risks and escalating findings.
What you need to succeed at GXO
* Experience in a supervisory role within a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
* A natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience managing conflicting priorities and planning and organising a warehouse operation.
* Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
