About the school The nursery you’ll be working for is a well‑established, non‑profit early years setting based within a welcoming Lincoln village. Operating as a self‑sufficient provision, it supports both local families and staff from the neighbouring educational community. Being situated on shared educational grounds gives the children a range of valuable learning opportunities. They enjoy regular access to a well‑resourced library with a dedicated early years section, as well as spacious indoor and outdoor areas designed for music, movement, physical development, and creative play. The site also features a newly developed natural environment that encourages exploration, imaginative learning, and hands‑on experience within extensive growing and play areas. What you will need: * Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting * Clear, professional communication and a proactive, reliable attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with school staff * A minimum of 6 weeks’ experience working with children in a similar setting in the UK * A kind, confident, and calm approach, with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed * The ability to follow a teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups * Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
