Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to individuals with a range of healthcare needs, including elderly care, mental health support, and learning disabilities.
Responsibilities
* Assessing and planning individualised care plans
* Administering medication and treatments
* Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes
* Providing emotional and practical support to patients and their families
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Adhering to all relevant clinical guidelines and best practices
Essential Skills and Experience
* Registered with the NMC Pin
* Proven experience in a relevant healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our clients
