LCV Technician Required in the Tiverton Area
1. Salary of up to £38,000
2. Working hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30 1 hr lunch,
3. Alternate Saturday mornings - 8am - 12pm

Popular with Local commercial companies our client, a well-known commercial vehicle dealership, is currently seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their Service Department in the Tiverton area.

Duties of an LCV Technician with our Client:
11. Predominantly working with on 4x4's, 3.5 tonne vans and some 7.5 tonne
12. Full automotive services and necessary repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
13. Make estimations for the length and costs of specific jobs and advise customers on their importance
14. Brake, clutch and timing belt changes / repairs
15. Engine and gearbox stripping and fitting
16. Diagnosing faults using computer hardware and software
17. Ensure the workshop standards are always maintained
What our client expects of their LCV Technician:
18. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, however, they are willing to interview applicants with only part qualifications so long as they have previous experience in a similar role.
19. Ability to work in a team environment
20. Good communication skills and be confident when talking to customers as well as their team members.
21. A “can-do” attitude and the ability to overcome problems
22. Organisational and time management skills
23. Full UK Driving Licence
24. Right to work within the UK
