About the Programme:
We're now looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful projects, shape data-driven decision-making, and help deliver reliable, high-performing BI solutions across the business.
Your Mission:
As a BI Analyst, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP BI solutions. You'll work across SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks and more - ensuring our reporting systems are robust, insightful, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Analysis & Development
* Design and implement high-availability SAP BW/SAP Datasphere/Databricks data models and reports
* Maintain and monitor SAP BI applications (housekeeping, daily operations)
* Provide functional user support based on SLAs, KPIs, and ticketing systems
* Contribute to BI strategy aligned with company goals
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels
Project Management
* Lead full lifecycle BI project implementations or workstreams
* Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Business Consulting
* Translate business needs into technical solutions
* Deliver user training and ongoing support
* Collaborate with internal IT and BPM teams
* Provide expert guidance to users and stakeholders

What Will YouNeed?
To be part of Müller's Business Intelligence Graduate Programme, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree at 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years
* Must hold a full UK driving license for at least one year
* Eligibility to work in the UK and not be in any full-time education (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.)
* Strong knowledge of SAP BW, SAP Datasphere and Databricks
* Experience with SAP frontend tools (e.g., Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud)
* Bonus: Familiarity with Databricks
* Agile mindset with a pragmatic approach to change
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Willingness to travel and adopt new technologies
* Proven relationship and service level management skills
