As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to reach their full potential. If you have experience or a genuine passion for working with SEN students, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a rewarding educational environment.
Key Responsibilities• Deliver focused 1:1 support and lead small group interventions• Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored, engaging lessons• Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
