We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support our end client's digital programme, focused on delivering a Remote Patient Monitoring and PROMs (Patient Reported Outcome Measures) service within Healthcare.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the Strategic Outline Case (SOC) and Outline Business Case (OBC), defining technology options, integration approaches, and data strategy within the client's wider digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead architectural discovery activities across the SOC and OBC phases.
* Develop high-level and target-state solution options aligned with NHS digital standards and integration requirements.
* Assess current systems, data flows, and technical constraints to inform strategic recommendations.
* Collaborate with programme leadership, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure business and technology alignment.
* Produce clear documentation and architecture artefacts to support decision-ready outputs.
