Role Overview
This is a full‑time, permanent role as Senior Social & Content Executive at Digital 24. You will assist with day‑to‑day content creation across social, blogs and site copy, supporting client objectives and deadlines. The role covers content strategy execution, shoot planning, social content production and scheduling, plus SEO‑aligned content delivery.
Your day to day role
* Content creation including shooting video, editing, graphic creation and ownership over multiple monthly content calendars
* Content planning and scheduling
* Staying on top of key trends and changes in the industry
* Blog writing and SEO optimisation
* Client communication and updates
* Report writing and data analysis
Location
We embrace a hybrid work model. Three days a week in the Belfast office with free parking; two days working remotely from home. You will also spend time on‑location filming and content creation with clients.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a similar digital marketing role (agency experience not required).
Salary
From £28,500 (depending on experience) plus bonuses.

What you’ll do
* Lead the planning, creation and execution of high‑quality content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
* Oversee shoot specs and creative requirements, ensuring all elements are covered efficiently for client brands such as Dale Farm, Dromona, Linwoods, BeatBox and others.
* Be present at shoots, managing the process to ensure all required shots are captured to the highest standard.
* Develop engaging social media content tailored to each client’s brand identity and objectives, schedule and publish content across various platforms.
* Work closely with clients to align content with their brand objectives and maintain a coherent digital presence.
* Identify ways to improve content production workflows, ensuring streamlined efficiency while maintaining quality.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, recommending new content formats and storytelling techniques that enhance engagement.
* Ensure content is refined, optimised for performance and tailored to best practices on each platform.
* Monitor content performance using analytics and suggest improvements based on data insights to drive engagement and conversions in a monthly report format.
Training is a key part of this role
* Deliver tailored 1‑1 or group training sessions for clients (both virtually and in person)
* Run workshops on social media & content creation
* Support the development and delivery of digital training programmes
Requirements
* A degree in a creative field or Marketing (or similar)
* 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, either in‑house or within an agency environment.
* Strong creative and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* The ability to stay on top of, and capitalise on, trends.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* A passion for digital marketing and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
* Confident presenting and leading client conversations, especially during strategy or training sessions.
