A well‑established, growing organisation based in Newcastle‑under‑Lyme is looking to appoint an Office & Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the business.
This a varied, fast‑paced role at the heart of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination & Front‑of‑House
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications, representing the business in a professional and welcoming manner
Manage calls efficiently, directing enquiries and providing effective gatekeeping support
Support the smooth running of meetings, including room preparation and refreshments
Operations & Office Environment
Take ownership of the office environment, ensuring it is organised, well‑stocked, and operating efficiently
Manage office, kitchen, and facilities supplies, liaising with suppliers as required
Oversee shared equipment and facilities to ensure consistent usability
Contribute to a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture Events, Conferences & Coordination
Support the organisation and coordination of national and international conferences and exhibitions
Liaise with internal teams, external suppliers, and international colleagues to ensure smooth delivery
Track event planning progress, budgets, and costings
Support event‑related marketing and business initiatives
Coordinate specialist resources, including exhibition materials and equipment
Business Support
Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support across the business
Manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transport arrangements About You

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

£25,000-£30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Up to 5% annual bonus
