This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional specializing in cloud contact center technologies to drive adoption and revenue growth. You will act as a strategic advisor and technical expert for the CCaaS platform, working closely with sales, pre-sales, and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Your expertise will support complex sales cycles, including C-level engagements, while fostering strong collaboration across teams and ensuring a high-impact customer experience. * Accountabilities
* Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and partner teams to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.
* Engage with vendors and delivery partners to align on best practices and sales strategies.
* Manage customer discovery calls and deal progress, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
* Partner with regional account executives to deliver tailored CCaaS solutions that meet customer needs.
* Run regular sales forecasts and maintain visibility on pipeline health across the territory.
* Advocate continuous innovation and improvement, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Represent the CCaaS platform at regional events, conferences, and client engagements.
* Requirements
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud contact center sales.
* Proven experience in channel sales and managing complex sales cycles.
* Technical expertise in CCaaS platforms, preferably Zendesk, Amazon Connect, or AWS-based solutions.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
* Experience selling to C-level executives and driving strategic business outcomes.
* Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* Ability to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
