* Accountabilities
* Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and partner teams to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.

* Partner with regional account executives to deliver tailored CCaaS solutions that meet customer needs.

* Requirements
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud contact center sales.
* Proven experience in channel sales and managing complex sales cycles.
* Technical expertise in CCaaS platforms, preferably Zendesk, Amazon Connect, or AWS-based solutions.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
* Experience selling to C-level executives and driving strategic business outcomes.
* Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
