The organisation is entering a period of growth and is looking for a motivated professional to support service delivery, workforce planning and package mobilisation. Whether you are currently working as a Scheduler, Care Planner, Field Care Supervisor or Senior Coordinator, this role offers the opportunity to develop within a supportive and ambitious team. Package & Benefits • £15 per hour • 3 days per week available - equivalent to approximately £29,000 per annum • 4 days per week available - equivalent to approximately £37,000 per annum • Flexible working pattern • Ongoing training and development • Long-term progression opportunities • Supportive management team • Growing provider with exciting expansion plans The Role As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery across community-based services. Responsibilities include: • Coordinating staff rotas and care schedules • Managing planned and emergency shift cover • Supporting the mobilisation of new care packages • Building positive relationships with service users, families and care staff • Liaising with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff inductions • Maintaining accurate records and care systems • Assisting with compliance, quality assurance and safeguarding processes • Supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day service operations About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous experience as a Scheduler, Care Planner, Rota Coordinator, Field Care Supervisor or similar role within domiciliary care, home care or complex care • Experience managing rotas and staffing requirements • Strong organisational and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care • Strong relationship-building skills with staff, families and professionals • Full UK driving licence preferred Why Apply?
