Role: What will you be doing?
Your Role: What will you be doing?
* Planning, creating and reflecting on engaging activities tailored to the individual needs of your key children, ensuring development is enriched and milestones are celebrated.
* Building and maintaining strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them involved in their child’s progress and fostering open, trust-based communication.
* Ensuring safeguarding, child welfare, protection and health and safety standards are met in every activity and interaction.
* Collaborating with your team to create a positive, safe environment where children feel secure, valued, and inspired to learn.
* Bringing creativity, energy and passion to every day, making learning a joyful adventure.
Requirements: What are we looking for?
* A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (essential).
* Previous experience working with children, ideally as a nursery practitioner or recently qualified apprentice Level 3.
* A passion for creating fun, engaging, and appropriate learning experiences.
* Strong communication skills to build trust and meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, child protection and early years legislation and health and safety.
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence in early years education.
* Note: Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid certification required; DBS Update Service subscription after DBS application.
