Reporting to the Transport Planning Supervisor. Critical purpose of role; · Daily route scheduling of wren customer orders · To handle internal and customer queries through various channels of communication · To achieve departments targets and expectations set out by department managers Main responsibilities; · Daily route planning using HDX and Paragon software to ensure maximum delivery window adherence · Management of fleet resource and driver shift patterns · Manipulation of customer delivery matrix in line with forecast figures · Emergency customer scheduling · Ensure production workload is consistent across each working day · Reporting on vehicle volumes and utilisation · Pro-actively resolve potential customer & store queries · Work as a team to achieve the daily & weekly targets · Offer problem solving solutions and follow up with customers/stores with a ‘can do attitude’ · Management of customer order flow What we offer: World class training on our products, systems and sales process.
