What you’ll be doing

1. Strategic Planning – Develop and execute account development plans, drive growth, self-generate new opportunities, and respond to leads effectively.
2. Market & Segment Insight – Identify target segments, trends, and customer problem statements, aligning BT’s technology propositions to sector needs.
3. Relationship Management – Build strong, trusted relationships with C-suite and key stakeholders across Health & Social Care, acting as a strategic advisor.
4. Solution Selling – Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to create tailored solutions and guide customers through the end-to-end buying journey.
5. Contract Negotiation & Defence – Lead negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with BT’s commercial priorities and risk frameworks.
6. Thought Leadership – Represent BT at industry events, contribute sector insight, and position yourself as a credible authority in Health & Social Care.
7. Client Satisfaction & Issue Ownership – Serve as the point of contact for billing and service concerns, ensuring positive customer outcomes and promoter-level satisfaction.
8. P&L Ownership – Manage the financial performance of your accounts, ensuring accurate billing, correct tariffing, and strong commercial control.

Flexible working
