What You’ll Do:
* Design and implement account development plans and promotional programs to drive sales growth.
* Seek new business opportunities and negotiate pricing with key accounts.
* Present and demonstrate products, maintaining strong product knowledge relevant to your portfolio.
* Analyse sales data, monitor market trends, and track competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Collaborate with internal teams (eCommerce, marketing, supply chain) to maximize product impact and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
* Maintain accurate account information and ensure high standards of customer service and administration.
The Person:

* Currently operating at National Account Management level, with a strong background in managing complex/key accounts and senior relationships.
* Experienced in managing your own account plan and P&L.
* Proven ability to sell to and negotiate with experienced buyers and sales managers.
* Strategic thinker with a focused, priority-driven approach.
* Excellent personal negotiation and selling skills.
