Join a Growing Family Business Where You Truly Matter
We're not a corporate machine. We're a family-run manufacturing business built on hard work, strong relationships and doing things properly.
From day one, our business has been about people - our customers, our team, and the relationships we build. As we continue to grow at pace, we're looking for an experienced Office Administrator to become a central part of our next chapter.
This isn't a role where you'll be lost in a department. You'll be at the heart of the business - the friendly voice on the phone, the organised mind behind the scenes, and a steady, reliable presence in a fast-moving environment.
Because we are a family business, we care deeply about the people who work here. We value loyalty, work ethic, and pride in doing a job well. In return, you'll be respected, trusted, and given real responsibility.
Why This Role Is Exciting
We're growing, quickly.
With that growth comes opportunity, variety, and the chance to shape how things are done.
You'll work closely with leadership, gain real insight into how a manufacturing business operates, and play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. As we expand, so will the scope of this role.
If you enjoy being relied upon, being organised, and being the person who "keeps things together", this will suit you perfectly.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and warmth
* Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
* Managing day-to-day office administration
* Processing and updating information within our manufacturing software
* Producing documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office
* Supporting internal systems and helping improve efficiency
* Acting as a steady and experienced presence within the team, offering guidance and support to junior colleagues
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role
* Strong IT skills - confident learning new systems and proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A calm, capable, and reliable approach
* Strong communication skills
* Someone who takes pride in their work and leads by example
We welcome applications from experienced professionals who are comfortable taking responsibility and supporting younger members of the team in developing strong workplace habits and standards.
What We Offer
* £25,000 – £30,000 salary (depending on experience)
* Option of a 4-day working week
* A stable, supportive family-business environment
* The chance to grow with a fast-expanding company
* A role where your contribution genuinely matters
If you're looking for more than "just a job" - if you want to be part of a growing business where people know your name and appreciate your effort - we'd love to hear from you.
