Role Overview
As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. You’ll be involved in tasks such as restocking shelves, operating tills, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive hourly pay, with an additional £2.00/hour for bank holidays and £3.50/hour for night shifts. Benefits include enhanced family leave, long service awards, and more perks to support your well-being and personal life.

Responsibilities
* Assist customers with inquiries and requests
* Manage deliveries efficiently
* Provide excellent customer service
* Maintain bakery stock by baking fresh goods
* Merchandise and maintain Non-Food products

* Experience in fast-paced environments
