1. You will perform both routine and complex quality operations, ensuring compliance with agreed standards.
2. Apply specialized quality systems and tools to conduct thorough product checks, tests, and inspections.
3. Initiate corrective actions when quality standards are not met, and support root cause investigations.
4. Conduct visual analysis and inspections of fiberglass and resin properties, ensuring product integrity.
5. Collaborate on quality improvement programs and report findings to quality management.
What You Bring
6. Strong manufacturing background including working to controlled specifications
7. Experience in digital and component inspections
8. Proficiency CTQ (Critical to Quality) examinations, inspections, and evaluations
9. Experience with statistical data and tolerance analysis
10. Visual aids and preparation for production experience
11. Proactive and action oriented. You will actively seek what you need to complete your tasks
12. Able to work 12hr shift patterns that includes nights and some weekends. (You would normally work an average of hours per week)
13. Live within a 30 mile radius of the factory
