We are looking for a Clinical Support Worker to join our team, providing a service to children and young people.
The post holder will work within the Community Speech and Language Team in Perth, delivering care to children and young people requiring Speech and Language Therapy support under the supervision of qualified Speech and Language Therapy staff.
The successful candidate will also provide training and support to education staff, parents, and carers.
You should possess initiative, good communication skills, be well-organised, and adaptable.
You will have the opportunity to participate in regular supervision and yearly appraisal. You will be expected to participate in the in-service training programme.
Applicants should have an interest in working with children and young people, relevant experience as a therapy support worker or equivalent in the health service or other agencies, and be educated to SVQ3 level or equivalent. Previous experience working with children with complex needs would be an advantage.
You must have the ability to travel throughout Angus.

Hours per week: 30 hours per week. A slightly reduced working week may be considered. Fixed Term for 6 months.
