Job Description You will manage the depot and any sub depots overseeing the planning, organisation and delivery of transport services with safety, customer service and commerciality as key drivers. You will also be responsible for the standard of the bus fleet together with property and premises within the District and contribute as a key member within the Management team. You will develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and represent the organization accordingly. You will be required to identify opportunities for change and lead continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the districts. Essential Criteria ¿ Possess a minimum of an HNC/HND or equivalent qualification ¿ Experience of budgeting preparation, financial forecasting and financial analysis ¿ Experience in using computer packages and in particular Microsoft Office packages ¿ Experience of managing safety, measuring performance and driving improvements ¿ Experience of delivering excellent customer service Desirable Criteria ¿ Educated to Degree standard ¿ Willing to undertake PCV licence training
