We’re working with a forward-thinking, medium-sized Facilities Management company that’s growing fast and investing heavily in its engineering teams.\n\nThis is a high-profile Central London mobile role, supporting a varied and interesting commercial portfolio — not endless travel, not unrealistic workloads, just well-planned sites and a supportive management structure.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n * Delivering first-class reactive and planned plumbing maintenance\n\n * Working across commercial offices, mixed-use buildings, and premium assets\n\n * Maintaining and repairing hot & cold water systems, sanitary ware, valves, pumps, and drainage\n\n * Diagnosing faults quickly and providing effective long-term fixes\n\n * Using a CAFM system to log works accurately and efficiently\n\n * Representing the company professionally with clients and building managers\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)\n\n * Solid experience within commercial FM / building services\n\n * Strong knowledge of water hygiene and compliance standards\n\n * A full UK driving licence\n\n * A proactive, reliable engineer who takes pride in their work\n\nWhat’s In It For You\n\n * Salary circa £45,000 (d...
