6. Support the Underwriting Implementation Manager in engaging underwriting stakeholders, capturing feedback and proactively addressing concerns.
7. Identify the people, processes and procedures most impacted by new systems, and ensure appropriate readiness support is in place.
8. Write and review user stories, and contribute to testing activity to maximise readiness for the new policy administration and point-of-sale system.
9. Write, review and approve training materials and user guides, ensuring colleagues are fully prepared ahead of release.
10. Provide subject matter expertise to optimise process change, create process documents and share knowledge with colleagues.
11. Support roll-out activity across regional centres, Head Office and the Agency network, promoting adoption of PolicyCenter.
12. Contribute to release planning, defect management and change request processes, ensuring business needs are met.
13. Deliver short-term or one-off projects as required by the Line Manager.
