As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant pricing across customers and products. You will manage price implementation, maintain pricing data within Salesforce and ERP systems, and support smooth order processing by resolving pricing queries efficiently. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, confidence working at pace, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the business. This position is a fixed term contract until the 31st of December, 2026.

Main responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the subject matter expert for the Salesforce price implementation process
* Ensuring pricing is accurately set up in ERP systems in line with approvals, awarded tenders, and advanced pricing agreements
* Identifying and resolving pricing discrepancies on purchase orders to avoid delays
* Running and delivering pricing and customer reports within agreed timelines
* Updating UK and Ireland customer list prices ahead of go-live dates
* Managing customer price queries, catalogues, and pricing portal updates end to end
* Producing pricing analysis and data files to support commercial decisions
* Highlighting process gaps and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
* Previous experience in customer service, pricing, or tender-related roles in a fast-paced environment is beneficial but not a must.
* Confidence working with high volumes while maintaining accuracy and focus
* Understanding of Salesforce and ideally exposure to ERP systems
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with strong analytical capability
* Clear and professional communication style, with confidence engaging across different levels of the organisation
* Attention to detail and ability to solve problems pragmatically

For this position, the expected base salary ranges from £30,000 to £34,000 per annum. This reflects a more accurate range than the broader salary band indicated at the end of the job advertisement.
