About You:
You will lead the growth of our client base across both public and private sectors. Reporting into the VP of Healthforce, you will be responsible for developing and managing a high-impact sales pipeline, executing direct sales strategies, responding to tenders, and identifying upsell opportunities to expand platform usage.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver growth
Some of your Responsibilities will be:
* Build and execute a robust sales strategy across public and private sector markets to drive new business and increase market share.
* Proactively generate and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through direct outreach, industry engagement, referrals, and inbound opportunities.
* Lead the preparation and submission of competitive proposals and tender responses, aligning closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality, tailored submissions.
* Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new clients.
* Identify and convert upsell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with internal teams to ensure continued customer value and satisfaction.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to continuously evolve our value proposition and inform strategic direction.
* Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline activity, sales performance, and revenue forecasts to inform leadership and support strategic decisions.
You're not just experienced — you're a proven closer with a sharp commercial edge. You bring:
* A strong demonstrable track record in B2B sales, business development or commercial leadership
* Deep experience selling into the public sector (NHS, local authorities, government frameworks) and private clients
* Expertise across the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to pitch, proposal to close
* Confidence navigating tender and bid processes, with solid knowledge of procurement and compliance
* A collaborative approach – you’re great with Product, Ops, and Implementation teams
* First-class communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Hunger for results and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, scaling business
* Strong demonstrable experience in MSP, RPO, or insourcing sales
* Exposure to the healthcare, staffing, or workforce industries
* Experience with public procurement platforms (like NHS frameworks or G-Cloud)
* A background in selling workforce platforms, staffing solutions, or healthcare tech
