We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Head of Faculty: English to join our team during a period of rapid growth.
In this role you will lead English and line‑manage a small faculty team that currently includes staff from English, Performing Arts and MFL.
Responsibilities
* Lead and line‑manage the faculty team.
* Shape and steer the faculty structure and direction.
* Develop, support and inspire colleagues across subject areas.
* Facilitate collaboration and curriculum development across the faculty.
Qualifications & Experience
The role is suitable for an existing middle leader or an aspiring teacher ready to take the next step in their career.
Successful candidates must undertake and receive a Disclosure & Barring Service check and attend safeguarding training.
