VANRATH are delighted to be leading the search for a Business Analyst. The role is full time hours, 2/3 days on site, and is anticipated to last for initially 6 months. There is new funding for major transformation work, across the organisation, in order to prepare for new projects. .
About you
4. Degree or equivalent qualification.
5. Minimum 4 years' previous experience working as a BA mapping our current process, requirement gathering and managing workshop groups.
What you'll do
6. Map out current key processes, source and/or prepare detailed 'as is' & 'to be' documentation.
7. Map out current key processes including business performance metrics.
8. Review of graduate scheme, HLA scheme and to consider training gaps for new employees that could be addressed with short training courses / work procedures.
9. Design and carry out a targeted survey to try to understand key training gaps for new starts etc, engage with managers across the business.
