The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the commercial management of major civil engineering projects, working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance and ensure successful delivery.
You'll be involved in:
Contract administration and commercial management
Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Change control and compensation events
Subcontract procurement and management
Building strong relationships with clients and project teams
About You
Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
Strong background in highways, or infrastructure projects
Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge (NEC)
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Ambitious, driven, and looking to progress within a leading contractor
