A pioneering primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham are searching to hire an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support the learning of children at the school. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will have a focus on supporting students who face challenges such as Autism, ADHD, and mental health issues.
This school is looking for an enthusiastic, patient and sympathetic individual to fill the role of SEN Teaching Assistant and work one to one with children who need academic and emotional support to pupils who need it.
Positions that are available include:
* SEN Teaching Assistant Autism support in KS1
* SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 support in EYFS
* SEN Teaching Assistant - Behaviour support in KS1

SEN Teaching Assistant - Job Description
* Teaching Assistant providing 1:1 support
* Starting in September 2023
* 105 - 120 per day
* Full-time, full academic year, term-time only.
* Based in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham
About the SEN Teaching Assistant1:1 Support Role
* Utilising your creativity to excite and inspire pupils,
* Providing 1:1 support for pupils across Key Stages 1&2 with behaviour requirements, as well as SEN,
* Tailored, high-quality CPD,
* Making learning accessible and engaging for a range of SEN (ASD, Dyslexia, ADHD).
SEN Teaching Assistant- Person Specification
* 1:1 or 2:1 Degree,
* Understand of SEN,
* Experience with children (personal or professional),
* Strong communication skills,
* Exuberant personality,
