We are currently recruiting a Part-Time Teaching Assistant for a lovely primary school in Norwich. This role begins 25/02/2026 and will run through to the summer break in July .
You will be working Wednesday and Friday mornings, supporting the class teacher and providing general classroom assistance.
If youre looking for additional days, we can offer further bookings across other local schools.
Role Details
* Start Date: 25 February 2026
* End Date: July 2026 (summer holidays)
* Schedule: Wednesday & Friday mornings
* Additional Work: Extra days available on other bookings if desired
* Setting: Primary school
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils with learning activities
* Providing one-to-one or small group support
* Assisting with classroom routines and preparation
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
* Working collaboratively with the class teacher and wider team
Candidate Requirements
* Teaching Assistant experience (or relevant education/childcare background)
* Friendly, supportive approach
* Confident working with primary-aged pupils
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
