Here at P&O Ferries we are seeking an Customer Operations Agent to join our team here in Larne on a 25hr permanent contract. This is an opportunity to work as part of the Port Operations team helping to ensure that we process freight and passenger traffic, providing a high standard of customer service. The successful candidate will have a proven record in customer service with excellent problem solving abilities and effective communication skills. The role is based our Larne Port. Key responsibilities and duties: Tourist and Freight embarkation and disembarkation operations safely and effectively carried out Tourist and Freight check in, embarkation and disembarkation carried out efficiently Ships Departure times on time or earlier Good Attendance Flexibility across all skills The ideal candidate will Customer service and customer experience skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and organisational skills Effective communication skills Desirable: Strong interpersonal communication skills Location – Larne, this role operates on 12hr day and night shifts.
