Qualified Accountant/QBE 6 years+
Lexington is a strategic communications consultancy, specialising in public affairs and reputation. It is owned by the Kyu Collective, with offices in London, Manchester and the UAE.
We are looking for an accurate and performance-driven Finance Manager with extensive experience of being in charge of all financial functions within the company and comprehensive knowledge of financial systems and processes.
What does the role entail?
* Embed Deltek Vantagepoint, and become a superuser managing data and producing financial reports
* Raise all sales invoices; Update sales ledger; Send and upload all invoices to clients
* Credit control
* Monitor daily cashflow / Monthly cashflow reporting
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Audit support
* Implement and improve processes including giving internal training
* Update purchase ledger
* Company expenses and analysis of expenses (signing off/questioning where needed)
* Monthly payment runs of supplier and expenses by BACS
* Admin for bank, Monthly BACS payments (HMRC, Business Rates, EE, etc); Weekly Banking Reports
* Annual Service Charge budget comparison from property managers
* Facilities and supplier management. Reviewing contracts, arranging site visits, quotations and negotiations
* Monthly calendar
* Report on capacity plan and under/over servicing
* Complete all banking supplier documents for clients including Sterling, USD & Euro information
* Complete procurement documents & meet all client specifications with company policies & historic accounting info
* Administer staff benefit schemes
* Ad hoc support to Financial Controller and Finance Director
