You will be a dedicated person, who thrives on making a difference in the lives of others and wants to challenge yourself to develop your skills and knowledge in the children's home sector.

The working day can be unpredictable, and you could find yourself spending the entire morning organizing activities and the afternoon providing 1:1 support.
Cambian employees are friendly, supportive, and all focused on achieving the best outcomes for everyone involved with our brand.
We offer an extremely competitive package:

As a Children’s Residential Care Worker, you will be involved in all aspects of the children’s daily lives, making a positive impact. You will need to be emotionally strong, approachable, detail-focused, and committed to ensuring safety and adherence to protocols and regulations.
Shift Pattern: 16-24 Hour shifts (including Sleep-in) on a one-on-two or two-on-four basis.
A typical day might include:
* Delivering high-quality care
