Proposed Interview Date: W/C 11th August 2025 The role Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a track record of delivering Energy, Retrofit, Decarbonisation or Sustainability projects? Do you want to lead innovative projects that generate economic, social and wellbeing benefits and contribute to climate action and net zero targets? If you have proven experience of delivering successful Energy, Retrofit, Decarbonisation or Sustainability projects, this is a great role for you. The Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, and compliant retrofit projects while driving operational efficiency and customer service excellence. The right fit Professional qualification in built environment, surveying, building discipline or qualified by experience. Proven experience effectively leading and managing a team of cross-disciplinary professionals, including technical specialists and support staff. Proven ability to manage multiple, similar projects at scale, ensuring consistency, timelines, cost control, and compliance. Have in-depth understanding of health and safety legislation including CDM Regulations (2015) and possess skills to confidently inspect and assess contractors’ health and safety management systems. Substantial experience working in the energy efficiency and retrofit sector. Who we are Ecogee specialise in providing both retrofit and new build solutions that make homes more energy efficient. Our services include; fabric insulation, ventilation systems, and renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar panels.
