Salary: £27, - £30, PA DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm could be flexibility for slightly reduced hours for the right candidate

We're recruiting on behalf of a small, friendly and downtoearth construction business in Exeter looking for a Finance Administrator to become a key part of their team. This is a handson, varied role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and enjoys working closely with a closeknit fun team.
What you'll be doing:
You'll take ownership of daytoday operations, including:
1. Verifying supplier invoices and posting them onto Sage
2. Carrying out bank reconciliations
3. Keeping industry accreditations up to date
4. Setting up new project enquiries and entering quantities into Excel
5. Processing subcontractor invoices and statements
6. Supporting monthend tasks including raising sales invoices, maintaining debtors lists and chasing overdue payments
7. Providing admin support to the Contracts Managers and Estimating team
8. General office duties to keep everything running smoothly
What we're looking for:
9. Experience in an administrative, office support or similar role
10. Confident using Microsoft Excel
11. Excellent communication, organisation, and timemanagement skills
12. Some experience with accounts
13. Strong attention to detail - especially with financial data
