The CRM Manager will take full ownership of the CRM function, transforming it into a key growth engine that drives repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
Role Highlights
* Own CRM strategy across email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing
* Build and optimise automated flows to increase repeat purchase rate
* Manage segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle communications
* Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve performance
* Partner with the eCommerce and Growth teams to drive revenue impact
You Will Need
* Proven CRM experience within D2C or eCommerce brands
* Strong hands-on Klaviyo / Braze / Bloomreach experience.
* Data-driven mindset with segmentation and lifecycle expertise
* Experience building automated flows and retention strategies
* Growth mindset with the ability to operate in a scaling business
