Job Description
A US sponsor is seeking a funds lawyer to join its team and focus their time on funds work, including funds platform agreements.
Individuals who have trained in-house at a fund manager are invited to apply as well as those who have undertaken a law firm training programme. This will be a fast-paced role where you will assist with the many agreements that arise from fundraising and negotiate them in a timely fashion.
The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of relevant qualified experience, as a guideline.
