We're seeking a motivated, creative, and passionate individual to join our Community and Neurodevelopmental Paediatrics (CNP) Team. This rewarding role offers the chance to work alongside a dynamic and diverse team, with peer support from Ashley, our Community Clinic Facilitator, who plays a vital role in community services ?.
Your Role:As a Children's Community Clinical Support Worker, you'll ensure children, young people, and families attending our community clinics have a positive, supportive experience ?. You'll contribute to exceptional care and enhanced patient outcomes, working with a team that consistently goes above and beyond ?.

Main duties of the job
Enthusiasm to support our teams in delivering high-quality services is a must for this role ?. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?, with the ability to be adaptable, reliable, and approachable ?.
We want to make every Child and Young Person (CYP) feel comfortable in attending our settings, and this role will be instrumental in ensuring we make this happen, every time! ?
Core Components Of This Role Are:
* To assist the CNP Team by providing a high-quality clinic facilitator service within the outpatient setting, ensuring the smooth running of outpatient clinics ?, meeting the needs of children and their families, and liaising with appropriate staff ?.
* To obtain CYP's growth measurements and observations to aid in clinical decision-making ?.
* The post holder will work independently without direct supervision ?.
* To develop and maintain strong management and organisational skills ?.
* To act as a patient advocate, ensuring privacy, dignity, and confidentiality are met ?.
* To monitor and ensure patient satisfaction, being proactive in managing any issues that arise ?.
