Credit Controller Insurance sector needed Are you a confident credit controller who loves owning your ledger and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller with at least 2- 3 yrs of UK experience within the insurance industry. This is a permanent role paying up to £45k bonus. What youll do: Manage your own ledger, ensuring timely payments and customer engagement Chase outstanding debt via phone, email & other channels Handle queries, resolve issues, and flag financial risks Follow disconnection procedures when needed Support reporting & suggest process improvements What youll bring: Credit control experience (full ledger management ideal) Great communication & negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and time management Excel, Outlook & system-savvy You will be expected in the office 4 days per week.
