We are seeking a Assistant Parts Manager to join our Client’s Main Dealership in the Heathrow area.
Our Client is part of a network of branches across the UK. With multiple locations across the UK, there is excellent in-house opportunities to build on and progress your career. Our Client is has just moved into a brand new workshop which has been recognised as the largest workshop in the U.K to date. 2025 has kicked off at a rapid rate and there could not be a more exciting time to join, during a period of massive expansion.

Our Client is offering the successful Assistant Parts Manager:

Duties of a Assistant Parts Manager with our Client:
13. Take ownership of parts sales performance, ensuring purchase, sales, and profit margin targets are achieved or exceeded each month.
14. Manage and motivate the Parts Advisors; setting clear sales goals and monitoring performance to ensure consistent delivery of KPIs
15. Fully engage with promotional campaigns in line with Cordwallis’ and manufacturer initiatives.
16. Ensure all customer enquiries—retail, trade, and workshop—are responded to promptly with accurate parts identification and pricing to maximize the opportunity to secure the sale.
The requirements our Client expects of their Assistant Parts Manager:
17. Previous experience within a Parts Supervisory role
18. Full UK Driving License
19. The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team.
20. Trade knowledge and sales skills
21. Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
22. An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service.
