Were looking for a proactive and people-focused Branch Manager to lead one of our dynamic branch teams. If youre passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, developing others and making an impact in your local area this could be the perfect role for you.

What youll be doing:

1. Provide inspirational leadership and direction to your branch team.
2. Build strong working relationships and foster a culture of support and collaboration.
3. Coach and develop colleagues to perform at their best and grow in their roles.
4. Deliver results in line with strategic business goals and regulatory standards.
5. Ensure the branch plays an active and valued role within the local community.
6. Understand customer needs and support them in finding the right financial solutions.
7. Lead from the front supporting customers face to face, over the phone and through digital channels.
8. Plan proactively, adapt quickly and always put the customer first.

What were looking for:

9. Proven leadership experience, ideally within a customer-facing environment.
10. A strong communicator who can inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team.
11. A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people.
12. Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
13. Confidence navigating both people leadership and operational responsibilities.
14. Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) regulatory and compliance standards in financial services.
