What You’ll Do:
1. Provide tailored support to pupils across KS1 and KS2
2. Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and resource prep
3. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
4. Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
5. Step in confidently across different year groups and school settings
What We’re Looking For:
6. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
7. Experience working in primary education, ideally across KS1 and KS2
8. A flexible, proactive, and nurturing approach
9. Strongmunication and teamwork skills
10. Passion for helping children reach their full potential
