Are you an ambitious MFL Graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in education while making a genuine difference?
Ribbons & Reeves are seeking a motivated and dedicated MFL Graduate to join one of our partner schools in Southwark, starting immediately.
As an MFL Graduate, you will:
* Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support for students studying either French, Spanish, German or Italian
* Assist teachers in creating and delivering engaging, challenging lessons.
* Help raise attainment by nurturing students' analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Provide mentoring, guidance, and study support to boost confidence and academic performance.
* Prepare learning materials and contribute to a positive, dynamic classroom environment.
We are looking for an MFL Graduate who:
* Has achieved at least a 2:1 degree in a MFL Subject
* Possesses strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
* Is passionate about inspiring young people and supporting their academic growth.
* Is reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to gain valuable classroom experience.
* Can commit to working full-time within a school environment.
