Senior Product Manager – Own It. Lead It. Build It.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a growing company in Portsmouth (1 day / week onsite) and play a pivotal role in defining the future of their flagship SaaS product.

What you’ll do:
* Own the product roadmap: Define, refine, and prioritise features based on customer feedback and market insights.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, engaging user interfaces.
* Lead development efforts with engineering teams, ensuring the product delivers on its vision.
* Use market research and competitor analysis to differentiate the product and identify new opportunities.
* Support go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to launch and track new features.
* Analyse product performance post-launch, using data to guide improvements and future updates.
What we’re looking for:
* SaaS Expertise: Strong background as a Product Manager with hands-on experience owning and leading SaaS B2B products.
* Methodologies: Strong experience in Agile and/or Waterfall
* Tech-Savvy: A strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud-based technologies, and agile development methodologies.
* Customer-Focused: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering value through innovation.
* Analytical: Data-driven decision-making with a knack for prioritising what matters most.
* Collaborative: Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
