Youll be supporting learners on theirLevel 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship, helping them achieve their full potential, while working out in the field and delivering training onsite in Manchester.
What Youll Do
1. Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions onsite in Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
2. Travel and meet apprentices in their workplace and carry out coaching sessions.
3. Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they meet milestones and achieve their qualifications.
4. Manage your own caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and they meet deadlines.
5. Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively.
