Are you a Warehouse Manager looking for a permanent role with a well-established flooring distributor based in Chessington? On offer is a Warehouse Managers role with a company that already has cemented its standing and is now looking for an experienced Manager. Duties include (but are not limited to): Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods. Have a clear understanding of the companies policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these. Maintain standards of Health & Safety, hygiene and security in the work environment. Motivate, organise, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are not only met but ideally exceeded. Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate. Liaising with customers - providing excellent customer service, processing bookings, handling complaints etc Oversee planned maintenance of vehicles (FLT), machinery and equipment. Ensure Trade Counter provides excellent customer service. Reporting directly to General Manager and Company Directors. Skills required: Previous Warehouse management experience ideally within the flooring sector or similar Excellent communication skills Be able to manage a team of between 10-12 staff Posses excellent PC skills Full UK driving licence The Package : £35,000 - £38,000 per Annum 31 days holiday ( Including Bank Holidays) Pension Scheme Working hours 08:30 am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday Job Type: Permanent Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking
