Overview
As a Trainee Metal Worker, you’ll likely consider yourself confident with basic hand tools and to have a generally practical mindset. The role will be based in a department within a large manufacturing plant, assisting in one of the processes.

Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Metal Worker, your duties could involve:
* Operating a selection metal working machines or supporting processes
* Specifically drilling / brazing / welding
* Processing steel to customers’ requirements and tolerances
* Light maintenance of machines and ensuring that issues are amended or reported
* General inspection of your own work, ensuring standards are maintained
