Role Overview: We’re looking for a strategic leader to shape and deliver TPP’s proposition strategy. You’ll define compelling value propositions aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business goals—ensuring we stay competitive and relevant. Key Responsibilities: Develop and own the proposition strategy and roadmap across all our products Align propositions with business priorities, market opportunities, and customer insight. Lead horizon scanning, market analysis, and strategic reviews. Collaborate with corporate strategy on future-facing initiatives. Work with the policy team to assess regulatory impacts on propositions. Track competitors and market shifts via a centralised insight hub. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in proposition, product, or commercial strategy within Pensions and Investments. Strong market awareness and customer insight. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Sharp analytical thinking and clear strategic judgement. Excellent communicator with a track record of delivering results.
